For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related bd95 policies:

• "Platform" means the bd95 website accessible at bd95.io and all associated pages, services, games, and features made available through it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the bd95 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the bd95 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's bd95 Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a bd95 promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting market available on the bd95 Platform, as displayed within the relevant game interface.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

• "Verification" means the identity and age verification process required by bd95 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features.

Access to and use of the bd95 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times while a Player holds an active Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bd95 does not permit any individual under 21 years of age to register, deposit, play, or wager on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of a bd95 employee or affiliate who is directly involved in the operation of the Platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or self-excluded from the bd95 Platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or gambling exclusion scheme that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities.

By completing the registration process on bd95, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements set out in this Section 2 are met and will continue to be met throughout the duration of your use of the Platform.

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and other features of the bd95 Platform, Players are required to create a registered Account. The following rules govern Account registration and management:

• One Account per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the bd95 Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate Accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by bd95. You must notify bd95 promptly if any registered information changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bd95 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification: bd95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual Account activity. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, together with proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All bd95 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT.

bd95 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any individual, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

bd95 supports a range of payment methods designed to meet the needs of players across Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed in BDT and are subject to the following terms:

• Supported Deposit Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and other methods as displayed in the Account deposit section. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bd95 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account within minutes of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: To be eligible for a withdrawal, your Account must have completed the identity verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: bd95 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within approximately 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Processing times for bank transfers may be longer. bd95 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that are your own. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means, or on behalf of any third party.
• No Cash Transactions: bd95 does not accept cash deposits or process cash withdrawals under any circumstances.

bd95 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, including requesting further documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account Balance.

bd95 may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free play credits, cashback schemes, and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions offered by bd95 are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual promotion:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Players only. bd95 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus offers may not be combined. Where a Player claims multiple overlapping promotions, bd95 reserves the right to apply only one promotion and cancel the remainder.
• bd95 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such action does not unfairly prejudice Players who have already satisfied the conditions of the promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate a promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion — will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds expire if the relevant wagering requirements are not completed within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.

Players are encouraged to read the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion before participating. The general terms in this Section 5 apply to all promotions unless explicitly superseded by promotion-specific terms.

All games and betting markets available on the bd95 Platform are governed by individual Game Rules displayed within each respective game or market interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all products on the Platform:

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bd95 reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. bd95's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Acceptance: bd95 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including on the grounds of suspicious activity or technical error.
• Game Results: The results generated by bd95's games are produced by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by independent, internationally recognised game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The fairness of these RNG systems is independently audited by their respective studio certification bodies.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game are displayed within the relevant game interface and may vary by game type, table, and Player Account status.

bd95 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Players. The Platform is designed for entertainment purposes only, and bd95 actively encourages Players to gamble responsibly. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered Accounts:

• Age Restriction: The bd95 Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 years and above. bd95 employs active age verification measures and will immediately suspend any Account where underage use is suspected.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately for reductions and after a 24-hour cooling-off period for increases, to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits, beyond which no further wagering activity will be permitted within the specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session duration limits, after which they will be automatically logged out of their Account.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic in-session notifications that display the duration of the current session and a summary of net wagering activity.
• Cool-off Period: Players who wish to take a short break from gambling may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which no deposits or wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the bd95 Platform by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd95 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all associated funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other means of masking your true geographic location.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, operators, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful activity, including fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to abuse the bonus and promotions system through matched betting, arbitrage wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other systematic bonus exploitation strategy.
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing any third party to use your Account.

All content on the bd95 Platform — including but not limited to the bd95 brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd95 or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, or publicly display any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bd95.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the operation of the Platform.
• Use the bd95 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose, including in advertising, promotional materials, or social media, without express written permission from bd95.
• Create derivative works based on any content, design element, or software component of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of bd95's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. The game content provided by third-party studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to bd95 for operation on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd95 expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Any loss arising from interruption of service, Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond bd95's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from the Player's own failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Any loss arising from the Player's use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
• Any inaccuracies in game or sports results provided by third-party data suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd95's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bd95 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

The collection, use, storage, and processing of personal data by bd95 is governed by the bd95 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the terms of the bd95 Privacy Policy.

In summary, bd95 collects personal information from Players for the following purposes: Account registration and management, identity and age verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, responsible gaming compliance, and improvement of the Platform. bd95 does not sell personal data to third parties. Personal data is shared only with trusted payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), identity verification service providers, game studios, and as required by law.

All personal data transmitted between a Player's device and the bd95 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. bd95 stores personal data securely and retains it only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal obligations.

Either the Player or bd95 may terminate the Account and the contractual relationship governed by these Terms at any time, subject to the following provisions:

Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money Balance (less any outstanding Bonus Fund wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.
• bd95-Initiated Closure: bd95 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; failure to satisfy verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe; or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. bd95 retains the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected breaches of these Terms. Funds confirmed as legitimately belonging to the Player following investigation will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
• Survival: Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 — shall continue in full force and effect following Account termination.

bd95 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd95 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the Player's registered contact details.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the bd95 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
